Senior Project Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Management Professional to lead our QA initiatives.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced project manager to oversee the execution of cross-pod projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and driving business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and track internal QA projects and initiatives across multiple pods, utilizing AI-powered tools to streamline updates and status reporting.
  • Coordinate and drive execution for cross-pod initiatives that require tight collaboration, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and informed decision-making.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech company, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a self-starting attitude and attention to detail.
