Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills? We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to oversee multiple software development projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with developers and translating business needs into actionable plans.

Job Description
  • This role involves managing at least two IT/software development projects, ensuring milestones, workflows, and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and align priorities.
  • Maintain and update project boards (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Azure Dev Ops) to reflect accurate progress and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into structured, actionable project tasks and priorities.
  • Define and track daily and weekly priorities for projects to ensure alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage at least two IT/software development projects, ensuring milestones, workflows, and deliverables are met.
  2. Collaborate with developers and technical teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and align priorities.
  3. Maintain and update project boards (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Azure Dev Ops) to reflect accurate progress and reporting.
  4. Translate business requirements into structured, actionable project tasks and priorities.
  5. Define and track daily and weekly priorities for projects to ensure alignment across teams.
  6. Coordinate with developers on project milestones, progress, and deliverables.
  7. Prepare and refine business documentation, reports, and client presentations.
  8. Provide light executive assistant support such as calendar and email management with accuracy and attention to detail.
  9. Perform basic bookkeeping support including bank reconciliations and timely pay runs in Xero.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating IT or software development projects.
  • Strong background in working directly with developers and managing project interdependencies.
  • Proven ability to structure project activities and tasks in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops.
  • Knowledge of Azure or other cloud-based platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience handling basic bookkeeping such as bank reconciliations and cashflow forecasts in Xero.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to research and present findings concisely.
  • Experience managing professional content such as LinkedIn profiles.
