Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Generation and Verification: Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly, verify invoice details and terms before distribution, and address any issues or discrepancies in invoice generation.
  • Customer Payment and Deductions Processing: Record customer payments and deductions accurately in the accounting system, elevate promptly to the immediate superior any discrepancies in customer accounts related to collections and deductions, and participate in the resolution if feasible.
  • Store Sales Uploading and Deposit Reconciliation: Generate store sales from the Point-of-Sale (POS) machine, verify if the details of uploaded sales are appropriate and correct, and address any issues or discrepancies in POS Sales vs ERP recorded sales vs Cash Deposits.
  • Payables and Payment Processing Support: Assist in processing vendor invoices and issuing payments accurately, reconcile payment transactions with vendor accounts, and address vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
  • Expense Report Processing: Review and process employee expense reports accurately and promptly, ensure compliance with company expense policies, and reconcile expense transactions with supporting documentation.
  • Data Entry Accuracy: Accurately input financial data into accounting systems, verify data entries for completeness and correctness, and perform data validation checks to ensure accuracy of financial records.
