Job Overview

ACE Hardware Phils., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all his functions and assuming full responsibility of the branch in his absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Merchandise and Display: Ensure that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees alike.
  • Housekeeping: Ensure that the store is clean and tidy at all times, adhering to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in retail management, preferably with experience in the quick service restaurant industry. A graduate of any business course, accountancy, marketing, or commerce is preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team.
