Key Responsibilities

Service Functions:

  1. Ensure efficient delivery of Customer Connect Services Claims related functions, including claims connect email, SMS, and mobile access.
  2. Facilitate claims handling of denial and appeal cases, representing claims on escalated claim cases, VOC related claims, and other communication requirements.
  3. Coordinate VIP claims registration process, ensuring completion of claim requirements, status, and final decision communication.
  4. Resolve customer service issues within target TAT from all claims related customer feedback/complaints received, escalating potential claims complaints with UW/Claims committee.

Documentation and Special Projects:

  1. Support preparation of admin and statistical reports, including UAT testing on claim initiatives.
  2. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned to meet operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • A college graduate with a business-related or pre-med course preferred.
  • Experience working in an insurance back-office claims operation required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
