Insurance Operations Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesService Functions:
- Ensure efficient delivery of Customer Connect Services Claims related functions, including claims connect email, SMS, and mobile access.
- Facilitate claims handling of denial and appeal cases, representing claims on escalated claim cases, VOC related claims, and other communication requirements.
- Coordinate VIP claims registration process, ensuring completion of claim requirements, status, and final decision communication.
- Resolve customer service issues within target TAT from all claims related customer feedback/complaints received, escalating potential claims complaints with UW/Claims committee.
Documentation and Special Projects:
- Support preparation of admin and statistical reports, including UAT testing on claim initiatives.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned to meet operational requirements.
Requirements:
- A college graduate with a business-related or pre-med course preferred.
- Experience working in an insurance back-office claims operation required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
