About the Job

The Financial Analyst role involves ensuring accurate and timely completion of journal entries, month-end allocations, and general ledger reconciliations. This enables informed business decisions across divisions.

  • Accurately process journal entries and report results on time for monthly analysis.
  • Ensure month-end allocations are completed prior to closing out each period.
  • Verify year-end accounts, confirming alignment with policies and standards.
  • Coordinate and complete general ledger reconciliations accurately and on schedule.
  • Promptly clear reconciling items.
  • Process monthly billing statements and invoices to customers, facilitating intercompany reconciliations with affiliates within the finance team. A strong understanding of accounting principles and exposure to various finance systems is essential.
