Overview



This role is a critical position within Filinvest Group, responsible for creating captivating multimedia content to enhance the company's brand identity. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing visual assets, producing engaging videos, and developing animations that showcase the group's commitment to excellence.

Salary Information



The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects the importance of the role in contributing to the company's overall marketing strategy.

Job Description


  2. Graphic Design and Multimedia Production: Create high-quality visual assets, including logos, infographics, and layouts for print and digital media. Develop and maintain the company's brand standards across all properties.
  3. Video Production and Animation: Produce, edit, and enhance video content, including promotional videos, social media reels, and audiovisual presentations. Design and animate graphics and typography to create engaging visual experiences.
  4. Research and Concept Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research topics, and develop creative concepts for multimedia projects. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver effective multimedia solutions.
  5. Software Proficiency: Utilize design and multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), as well as other tools specific to animation, video editing, and web design.
  6. Project Management: Manage job orders from different departments, manage timelines, and resources for multimedia projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
  7. File Management: Develop and implement an organized filing system for editable files, ensuring easy retrieval and opening for other designers.


Required Skills and Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia design, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or resort industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, including social media, video production, and web design principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and operational teams to create effective, on-brand content.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia projects, including video, animation, and graphic design work.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City.
