Job Description

**Facility Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team at Verspil Agua Chemicals Trading. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections to identify potential issues
  • Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness and general conservation
  • Develop and implement project budgets and timeframes
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Support maintenance and installation work as needed
Requirements
  • Basic Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with license
  • At least five years of relevant maintenance experience
  • Above-average oral, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Adept in planning and strategic execution of multiple projects
  • Ability to analyze problems for better solutions
  • Knowledgeable on layout and working drawing analysis
  • Ability to remotely manage construction
  • Coordinates equipment repair or replacement to ensure reliability and compliance of the facility
  • Strong knowledge of EHS issues and regulatory framework
  • Provide assistance and advice on EHS issues to make recommendations to facility management
  • Comply with all Company and EHS procedure and policies
  • Fluent in English language
