Job Details

This full-time on-site role involves managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance and reporting, policy development, and employee communication.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to employee onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Resolve conflicts, ensure fair policy application, and serve as the primary HR contact.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, supporting evaluations and feedback.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop strategies, and support employee growth and development.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage records, and prepare reports.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies, communicating changes to employees.
  • Employee Communication: Provide guidance, conduct educational workshops, and engage employees on HR matters.

Requirements

  • Strong HR management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Proven experience in HR roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
