A key role within the HG-III Construction and Development Corporation, this position is responsible for effectively managing accounts receivable to minimize outstanding balances. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in negotiation techniques, and have a thorough understanding of financial regulations.
The successful applicant will be tasked with:
- Monitoring accounts to identify potential issues and implementing strategies to prevent delinquency
- Negotiating payment arrangements with clients and processing credit extensions when necessary
- Facilitating communication between internal departments to resolve client concerns
- Preparing and sending notices of overdue payments, as well as monitoring the status of deposits and returned checks
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities, including account ledgers and official receipts
This position requires a professional with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
