The Country Head of Operations will be responsible for executing the corporate strategic plan, developing additional plans, and ensuring performance, strategy, and alignment of revenue-generating departments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale financial accounts, with demonstrated results in achieving and exceeding financial and operational goals. Strong knowledge and understanding of the BPO industry, its products, services, regulations, and challenges is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to execute the corporate strategic plan and develop additional plans.
  • Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of revenue-generating departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives aligned with the company's vision and mission.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A postgraduate degree or MBA degree.
  • No less than 15 years of experience in the BPO industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role for a financial account.
