We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage multiple advertising campaigns across email and SMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the setup and execution of advertising campaigns across email and SMS
  • Collaborate with clients to collect creative assets and specifications
  • Collect and share screenshots of ad placements for client review and approval
  • Support clients in resolving creative requirements and troubleshooting issues
  • Verify ad display functionality and technical compliance prior to launch
  • Perform basic adjustments to creative assets (e.g. image sizing, edits)
  • Document campaign setups with screenshots and proper records
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years post-college experience managing advertising campaigns, creative, and ad trafficking systems
  • Proficiency in ad-serving platforms and campaign management tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot creative assets and push notifications
  • Experience with screenshot creation, image adjustments, and mock-up development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to follow documented processes
  • Strong collaboration and follow-through skills across teams
  • Recent experience working graveyard shifts; flexible with EST hours
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in media publishing or travel/hospitality industries
  • Familiarity with creative optimization best practices
