We are seeking a skilled project manager to oversee the execution of our key projects. As a Pareto Project Manager, you will coordinate remotely with clients, stakeholders, and workers to ensure successful project outcomes.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, identifying customer business goals, and setting up project plans. You will also communicate transparently with peers and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and blockers.

  • Demonstrate capability to oversee complex projects from inception to completion with systematic and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence.
  • Display meticulous attention to detail, consistently pursuing operational excellence to enhance processes and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An excellent command of the English language.
  • Customer-facing communication skills
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Familiarity with excel/spreadsheet functions and data analysis
  • Ideally background in computer science or slightly technical
  • A strong understanding and creative use of AI and software tools.

The ideal candidate will be available to work pacific time 8-5 pm PT and have a minimum internet connection speed of 5mbps. A computer processor of i5 / Ryzen 3 and above for Windows users; i3 and above for Mac users is required along with a minimum system requirement of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of memory.
