Procurement Digital Transformation Leader

The Procurement Officer – Process & Governance will spearhead procurement excellence by driving continuous improvements and overseeing the optimization of procurement processes. He will ensure that all procurement activities are highly efficient, fully compliant, and strategically aligned with both the function and corporate digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, addressing gaps in risk management. Ensure all procurement activities are properly documented and aligned with relevant policies and procedures.
  2. Manage the ecosystem of digital procurement tools, including data intelligence platforms, process workflows, project management, and e-sourcing systems. Champion the adoption and effective use of these tools across the procurement team.
  3. Conduct supplier performance evaluations, ensuring timely assessments, availability, and issuance of supplier scorecards. Collaborate with the Supplier Reliability team to address supplier performance issues and drive continuous improvement in supplier relationships.
  4. Manage vendor accreditation & re-accreditation, ensuring collection, verification, and timely renewal of required documentation, permits, and licenses.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement, focusing on process optimization, governance, and digital transformation.
  • Experience with e-sourcing tools, procurement systems, and vendor management.
  • Proficient in project management and advanced Excel/data analytics.
  • Proven track record in driving cross-functional initiatives, supplier performance evaluations, and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards for performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong organizational skills.
