Supply Chain Optimization Leader

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Optimization Leader to join our team. This role will oversee and optimize all aspects of supply chain operations, including inventory management, vendor sourcing and coordination, and freight and shipping logistics.

The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Strategy & Operations
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the complete supply chain, from sourcing materials to final delivery to end consumer or business.
    • Manage, track, and optimize the outbound logistics from supplier to warehouse daily to ensure timely delivery and avoid fines.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Logistics & Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding costs.
    • Use inventory planning software and in-house systems to create regular Purchase Orders, following established criteria with transparent documentation of quantity determinations.
    • Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers across the US.
    • Implement OKRs to monitor supply chain health, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
