Job Description

At ABSI, we are seeking an experienced Spam Prevention Expert to join our team. As a key member of our content moderation department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our online platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Stop Spam Vishing Report: Analyze and mitigate vishing-related spam activities, ensuring that our users remain protected from fraudulent attempts.
  • Spam Detection: Utilize your analytical skills to identify and categorize spam patterns, enabling us to improve our detection systems.
  • Ticket Creation and Deactivation: Create and manage tickets for spam-related issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve these incidents efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3), familiarity with email security solutions, and understanding of DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for email authentication.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze email logs and identify spam patterns, as well as strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to mitigate and resolve spam-related issues.
