About the Position

This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and setting appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided scripts and lists.
  2. Identify customer needs and present suitable products or services.
  3. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to generate interest and leads.
  4. Lead generation activities through research, networking, and targeted outreach.
  5. Follow up on leads via phone calls and emails.
  6. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer details in CRM systems.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales or appointment-setting targets.
  8. Handle objections professionally and overcome challenges in the sales process.
  9. Provide feedback to improve scripts and calling strategies.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, sales, or lead generation (preferred).
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  4. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
  7. A quiet home office setup with a reliable internet connection and headset.
