Amazon FBA and Seller Central Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage our clients' FBA and Seller Central accounts. As an Amazon expert, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings, managing shipments, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

This is a full-time remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing agency that specializes in e-commerce and digital marketing. Our team is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to help our clients succeed on the Amazon platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management
  • Creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings
  • Managing shipments from creation to successful delivery
  • Conducting daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance
  • Responding to customer inquiries with clear and proactive communication
  • Handling refunds, replacements, and resolving negative feedback
  • Analyzing negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommending solutions
  • Monitoring account health and performance metrics, fixing issues before they escalate
  • Resolving stranded inventory issues to maximize sales
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions and data analysis)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven
