About the Role


The Financial Records Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, including but not limited to accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent organizational and time-management skills.



Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Prepare and process payroll on a timely basis
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
  • Monitor and track expenses and prepare financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
  • Handle tax filings and other financial reporting requirements
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries
  • Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary documentation


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary of PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
