Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team at Manpower Core Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, from creating invoices and credit memos to reconciling the accounts receivable ledger and resolving client billing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and sending invoices and payment reminders to clients
  • Verifying and classifying accounts receivable data, and posting and recording transactions
  • Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits
  • Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Resolving client billing issues and discrepancies
  • Generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
  • Supervising accounts to ensure timely payment and follow-up on past due accounts
  • Maintaining relationships with assigned clients and accounts

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of billing experience
  • NetSuite experience required
  • Accounting degree or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and transitioning environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
