Our team is seeking a seasoned Network Security Specialist to join our ranks. In this role, you will be responsible for administering firewall platforms to ensure their proper functioning and software updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage firewall devices and related security infrastructure to safeguard the customer's network.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, access controls, and firewall rules to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats.

The ideal candidate should have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding and practical experience of network security concepts, including threat detection, intrusion detection, and vulnerability management.

Experience with Linux, Windows, and Network Operating Systems is also required, as well as in-depth knowledge and experience of firewall technologies, including Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and other leading firewall platforms.

Additionally, the candidate should have recent, documented professional expertise with several of the following security products: Cisco, Palo Alto, IPTables, Snort, Meraki, Fortinet, Checkpoint, or other technologies.

Strong written/verbal communication skills, detail-oriented customer service skills, and interpersonal organization skills are also essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a security discipline or a related field.
  • Significant experience with Linux, Windows, and Network Operating Systems.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of firewall technologies.
  • Recent, documented professional expertise with several security products.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented customer service skills.
  • Interpersonal organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Palo Alto PCNSE and/or Cisco CCNA or CCNP Security certification.
  • Multiple certifications in Security/Networking.
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, or Urdu).
