You'll be responsible for developing process models and procedures to ensure business solutions reflect either the current state or a desired future state supporting the Client's strategic goals. This includes conducting business process analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for people, process, information, and technology improvements.

Facilitating discussions/workshops with Client stakeholders is also an essential part of this role. You'll elicit, analyze, communicate (both written and verbally), and validate process model designs, as well as write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications for people, process, information, and technology improvements.

Beyond client projects, you'll contribute to internal initiatives by developing architecture models, documenting procedures to support these models, and collaborating with team members to ensure quality development and revision of architecture models.

Bonus points if you have experience with SAP Signavio, hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0, BPMN Certification, TOGAF Certification, MIRO experience, experience with mining, metals, & mineral industries, or data visualization & data analysis.
