Team Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to join our team at IT by Design Philippines Inc. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our System Administrators/Engineers and ensuring timely service delivery.

  • Strong hands-on experience in desktop & server administration, networking, Active Directory (AD), Office 365, and VMware is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, along with proven leadership experience in mentoring teams, is preferred.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience working with onshore clients, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily activities of 10+ System Administrators/Engineers (L1, L2, L3).
  • Mentor, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical technical issues.
  • Ensure timely service delivery and SLA adherence.
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Address team-related issues, including attendance management.
  • Identify and drive process improvements within Managed Services.
