IT Troubleshooter

This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting services across various platforms in a fast-paced virtual environment.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
• Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments
• Use RMM tools to monitor and resolve incidents
• Create and maintain scripts for automation and task optimization
• Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs
• Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
• Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues
• Hands-on experience with RMM systems
• Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others)
• Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks
• Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
