Job Summary

The role of the Construction Management Lead involves overseeing and implementing various construction management activities, ensuring timely project completion within budget. This position reports directly to the Construction Management Project Head and is responsible for assisting in developing policies and procedures that support effective project execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Construction Management Project Head to implement a well-planned and coordinated construction schedule.
  • Coordinate closely with external teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and contractors.
  • Maintain strict control over projects by minimizing change orders and reviewing plans for value engineering opportunities.
  • Participate actively in meetings, walkthroughs, reports, and presentations to monitor quality and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support scope management based on design documents and contract specifications.
  • Develop and enhance policies and procedures to optimize construction management efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Candidate should hold a college degree preferably in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience managing construction projects including office, residential, mixed-use, and township developments.
  • Proficiency in using construction project management tools.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
