Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide menus promptly.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, using your knowledge of menu items and specials.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations through proactive service.
- Cash out orders accurately and handle customer payments professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
