">Supervises all clinic staff to ensure smooth clinic operations of all sections.">

The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily monitoring of attendance, ensuring fast and efficient delivery of service to patients, and coordinating with doctors and dentists regarding daily attendance and changes in their schedule.

">Duties & Responsibilities">
  1. ">
  2. Monitors daily attendance and ensures timely delivery of services to patients.">
  3. Coordinates with medical professionals regarding attendance and schedule changes.">
  4. Reviews reports from subordinates prior to submission to senior supervisors.">
  5. Ensures timely availability of accurate results.">
  6. Trains new staff on specific roles in the clinic, including SOPs and use of clinic management systems.">
  7. Provides regular re-training and coaching to existing staff as needed.">
  8. Conducts performance evaluations of subordinates for submission to senior supervisors.">
  9. Collaborates with other clinic heads for endorsements as necessary.">
  10. Attends department meetings and other required meetings.">
  11. Coordinates with suppliers of clinic equipment for issues encountered.">
  12. Works overtime when necessary, even during non-working days, due to workload.">
  13. Investigates NFC/NCs or complaints involving subordinates, performs Root Cause Analysis, and implements corrective actions.">
  14. Performs other related tasks incidental to the work described herein.">
">Minimum Qualifications">
  1. ">
  2. Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Nursing, Medical Technology, or Radiologic Technology, with board certification.">
  3. At least one year of work experience.">
  4. Average verbal and written communication skills, initiative, organization, and patience.">
