Business Process Analyst

As a senior business analyst, you will have the chance to utilize your analytical skills and provide recommendations to enhance process efficiency.
You will be responsible for generating and analyzing operational and financial reports, as well as conducting data querying, cleaning, and organization to support forecasting efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with finance, machine learning, operations, and quality teams to translate business strategies into forecasting parameters and scenarios.
- Create and maintain forecasting dashboards and reports for effortless data visualization and interpretation.
- Manage the administration of forecasting tools, including tables and reports used by the team.
- Customize forecasting tools to meet specific team needs.
- Lead the ML forecasting improvement meeting and manage the Forecast Accuracy dashboard.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL coding and query skills required.
- Experience with mode preferred but not required.
- 5+ years call center or outsourcing experience.
- Reporting experience and advanced skill in excel and other MS office applications required.
- Able to work in a flexible shift environment.
