Role Overview

OneSeven Tech is seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with expertise in Python (Flask) and React. They will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features, as well as integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React
  • Supporting sprint milestones by building and maintaining platform features
  • Integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows
  • Working independently, while syncing with the team lead and broader product team

Requirements

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong communication skills; able to manage own time and unblock sprint delivery

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Crew AI or similar AI orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages
  • Understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms
