This Supply Chain Coordinator position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about logistics and supply chain management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Quality Management
  • Manage product freshness and copacking quality according to company standards.
  • File shipment claims and coordinate Non-Saleable Returns (NSR) destruction with distributors.
  • Ensure compliance with country regulations through proper product labeling.
  • Assist in renewing product registrations (CFPR) to avoid delays in product delivery or launches.
  • Ensure timely application of all import permits and renewals to maintain business continuity.
  • Respond to government and third-party inquiries about importation, sales, and distribution.
  • Provide updates on changes in government requirements that could impact the business.
SAP System Role
  • Issue credit notes to distributors based on their credit memos.
  • Reconcile inventory and report Goods in Transit (GIT) with the Accounting team.
