Perform quantity takeoffs based on project blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents to calculate the required materials and labor for civil works and treatment plants.
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil and treatment plant projects, including water, sewer, force main, drainage, and underground utilities.
Analyze historical data, current market trends, and project specifications to ensure the most accurate and competitive estimates.
Identify potential risks, including cost overruns, delays, and availability of materials, and propose mitigation strategies.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in estimating for civil construction or treatment plant projects.
Experience in using takeoff and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff).
Proficiency in AutoCAD to review and interpret civil and treatment plant drawings.
