We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Manufacturing Planner to join our team at Sumitronics Phils., Inc. This role involves planning and coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure seamless production processes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and uploading Purchase Orders (PO) and Fabrication Confirmation (FC) from customers on a weekly basis. They will also prepare parts pick-up schedules based on PROSIM data, provide work order forecasts to subcontractors, monitor outstanding work orders, and check part shortages.
Responsibilities- Receive and upload PO and FC from customers on a weekly basis.
- Prepare parts pick-up schedules based on PROSIM data.
- Provide work order forecast to Subcontractor based on the latest plan from Customer.
- Monitor and reconcile outstanding work order to Sub-con on a weekly basis.
- Monitor Sub-con delivery to check any production impact to Customer.
- Check and monitor part shortage to Sub-con.
- A graduate of any 4-year course with 1-2 years' experience in Planning and Manufacturing.
- Knowledgeable in using Pivot, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas in MS Excel.
The estimated salary for this role is PHP 35,000 - 45,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
