Visual Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Specialist to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for customer-focused visuals, be highly detail-oriented and organized, and have extensive knowledge of photo retouching.

The selected individual will be responsible for retouching and editing photographs to achieve a consistent look and feel. This includes removing blemishes, imperfections, and distractions from images, enhancing colors, contrast, and brightness to improve image quality, and working with photographers and designers to ensure images meet project requirements.

Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is essential for this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with photo retouching in a Marketing environment, a degree in Photo, Art, Design or an equivalent degree related to the job, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Retouch and edit photographs to achieve a consistent look and feel
  • Remove blemishes, imperfections, and distractions from images
  • Enhance colors, contrast, and brightness to improve image quality
  • Work with photographers and designers to ensure images meet project requirements
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Degree in Photo, Art, Design or an equivalent degree related to the job
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in Photo Retouching in a Marketing environment
  • Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Photo Editing skills with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Excellent knowledge of the Digital environment, including files, formats, tools, software, and best practices
