Marketing & Design Coordinator

We're seeking a talented Marketing & Design Coordinator to handle the day-to-day execution of marketing tasks.

About the Role

This is not an entry-level position. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life across all customer-facing channels.

  • Create, update, and format brochures, flyers, and seasonal promotional materials (double-sided flyers, product spotlights, show/event collateral).
  • Design and update catalogues (using existing templates or building new layouts).
  • Produce and update business cards, email signatures, and uniform artwork.
  • Prepare fleet signage concepts and liaise with suppliers.
  • Manage website content updates (WordPress - images, product info, basic copy changes).
  • Schedule and post social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Sources promotional gear/merchandise (research, contacting suppliers, presenting options).
  • Liaise with printers, merchandise suppliers, and other third parties to ensure smooth production.
  • Perform light photo editing (e.g., background cleanup, color correction).
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar role.
  • Strong design skills - confident using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer/Publisher.
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork for flyers, brochures, and catalogues.
  • Familiar with WordPress or other CMS for basic website updates.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
  • Creative thinker - happy to contribute ideas, not just execute tasks.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely with some NZ time zone overlap.
  • Part-time: 2-4 hours/day (hours will likely grow over time).
