We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Professional to support the day-to-day operations of our plant. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, with experience in electrical maintenance within a related industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Repair
- The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to job requests, recording actions in the logbook, and troubleshooting electrical issues in production machinery and plant equipment.
- Preventive MaintenanceConducting regular inspections and performing preventive maintenance on all production machinery and plant equipment according to the approved maintenance program is crucial.
- Inspection and MonitoringRoutine inspections of all production machinery and equipment are necessary, documenting results and reporting any abnormalities to the Team Leader or Plant Engineering Manager.
- Fabrication and Mechanical SupportProviding minor fabrication, welding, and other mechanical tasks as requested to support production needs is an essential aspect of this role.
- Operational SupportAssisting in the regular replacement of machine parts and operating a forklift for moving or stockpiling machine parts/spare parts as necessary is also required.
- Safety and ComplianceEvaluating adherence to all safety procedures and policies at all times is a critical responsibility.
- General SupportPerforming additional duties as assigned by Team Leaders, Maintenance Scheduler, Planner, or Plant Engineering Manager is an important part of this position.
- A graduate of a Technical Course or any 3-year vocational course in electrical engineering or a related field is essential.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a related industry is required.
