Job Opportunity: Medical Coder
ZenQA is seeking a skilled Medical Coder to join our team. As a Medical Coder, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant coding practices within our organization.

Responsibilities
The Medical Coder will be responsible for:
  1. Assigning ICD-10-CM codes from care plans and other documentation.
  2. Maintaining a high level of coding accuracy and productivity.
  3. Collaborating with clinical team members to ensure accurate coding and compliance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have at least 6 months recent experience in Home Health Coding, Oasis, or Notes. A certification in home health coding or Oasis Review (HCS-D or BCHH-C in ICD-10 and COS-C) is an asset. RN is also an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
ZenQA offers a competitive salary range of Php 60k - 90k per month and a comprehensive benefits package including HMO, sign on bonus, quarterly bonus, and Christmas bonus.
