The position of Senior IT Specialist (Software Engineering) will be assigned to the Digital for Institution Division (ITIN) or the Digital for Development Operations Division (ITOP) of the Information Technology Department (ITD). The successful candidate will define the ITOP digital products and solution development vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with ADB's architecture.

Key responsibilities include developing software development strategy, driving necessary thought leadership, exploring new methodologies in software development, facilitating seamless implementation and integration of software, evaluating processes and design methodologies, and acting as a subject matter expert in software design, development, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or relevant fields, and at least 10 years of relevant work experience including international experience working in several countries. Experience in consumer-facing product development and external applications for business-to-business (B2B) is also required.
