Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including data entry, invoice matching, and payment processing.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports as needed.
  • Assist with audits and tax preparation.
  • Handle general accounting inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Proven experience in accounting or a related field (specify years of experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (e.g., debits, credits, journal entries).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including formulas and pivot tables).
