The Role
The Customer Service Administrator will support inbound/outbound calls, chat and email transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via Live Chat
- Responding to customer inquiries via Email
- Supporting inbound and outbound calls
- Assisting with back-end administrative tasks for Customers
- Collaborating with the Support team to ensure swift resolution to customer issues
- Meeting all client KPIs and SLAs in a timely manner
- Coordinating reporting to clients and ensuring accurate and on-time delivery
- Fostering a positive, proactive team-based culture through regular communication

Requirements
- A related college or Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and travel assistance
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; fluency in English required
- Quick navigation ability, web savvy, and coordinating experience
- Multitasking: ability to toggle between screens/tools
- Familiarity with tech systems such as CRM tools, Twilio, Confluence, and Slack
