Woodworking Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team at Star Paper Corporation. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and installing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes, as well as installing structures and fixtures such as windows, moulding, hardwood floors, siding, cabinets, drywall, and insulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications
• Taking measurements and calculating the sizes and amounts of materials needed for the project
• Cutting, shaping, and smoothing wood, plastic, and other materials according to measurements
• Constructing and installing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
• Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, moulding, hardwood floors, siding, cabinets, drywall, and insulation

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in carpentry or a related field
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and at height
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
