About the Role

The HR and Administrative Services Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for managing the administration of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and office administration. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
  2. Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
  3. Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  4. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  5. Implement employee development programs, performance management processes, and training initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  7. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Administrative Tasks
  1. Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  2. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained workplace.
  3. Supervise and manage administrative staff to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  4. Coordinate internal and external communications, meetings, and events.
  5. Ensure that all company policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to.
  6. Manage and monitor office budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
  7. Maintain health, safety, and emergency procedures in the workplace.
