Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned software engineer to play a pivotal role in building scalable and intelligent backend systems. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for leading backend architecture and development for core product areas.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing high-performance APIs and data pipelines, owning complex insurance data workflows, integrations, and claims processing logic, as well as integrating with external APIs such as insurance providers and practice management systems.

Collaboration with frontend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end features is also expected. Additionally, mentoring engineers and influencing engineering best practices is crucial for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong backend focus
  • Solid command of Python, API design, and backend architecture
  • Able to independently lead and deliver end-to-end projects

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects, and possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills. They are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and are available for daily standups at 11 PM - 12 AM their local time.
