We are seeking a skilled Exterior Cladding Specialist to join our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in analyzing building inspection data and generating comprehensive reports for clients.

• Analyze building inspection data from our AI platform to identify potential issues and develop targeted solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to provide expert advice on repair and maintenance projects, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of accuracy and detail.
• Develop and implement detailed maintenance plans for clients' properties, leveraging your expertise in exterior cladding inspection and structural reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience in exterior cladding inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from structural analyses.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to effectively interact with international clients.
