We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting internal analyses, generating insights from data, and communicating these insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis
  • Support internal analyses and generate insights from large datasets to inform business decisions.
  • Data Visualization
  • Communicate insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Subject-Matter Expert
  • Support client meetings as a subject-matter expert, while primarily focused on internal analysis and insights.
Qualifications
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages.
  • Statistical Knowledge
  • A solid understanding of statistical concepts, including probability, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
  • Database Management
  • Familiarity with database systems, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, and concepts like data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Communication Skills
  • Excellent ability to communicate insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a quantitative role, preferably in analytics, consulting, or product management.
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
