As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding small business owners through the process of building business credit.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for consulting with clients primarily over the phone and email. Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, with approximately 20 calls per hour (inbound and outbound), plus email correspondence.

You will:

  • Provide professional customer service to empower our clients
  • Use online systems to manage tasks and client communication

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills who can deliver friendly, clear, and professional interactions on calls. Native speakers or fluent English speakers with a neutral accent are required.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
  • A native speaker or fluent English speaker with a neutral accent
  • Availability to work 8-hour shifts during US Eastern Time business hours
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required
