The Document Research Specialist will be responsible for collecting annual reports, interims, prospectuses, press releases, and news from stock exchanges and corporate websites to ensure the most complete and timely offering available in the market.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of financial markets, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Timely sourcing of listed and/or private company financial reports and other documents.
- Maintaining relevant statistical information concerning intake and reporting periods, backlogs, timeliness, etc.
- Identifying and recommending new sources to support content development.
- Providing assistance on document queries from clients.
