Operations Supervisor for Apparel Manufacturing

The Steeze Corporation seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the production process in our garment factory. This role is critical in ensuring timely, efficient, and effective manufacturing operations.
About the JobWe are looking for a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in production management within the garments or textile industry. They should possess strong knowledge of production management principles, garment manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
This is a challenging role that requires excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritizing responsibilities accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and company targets.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve set goals and objectives.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant certification from TESDA.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Production Manager in the garments or textile industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
