  • Project Finance & Accounting

  • Cost Management & Tax Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS)
    • Oversee the company's financial systems and technology, ensuring data integrity and security.
    • Implement and manage integrated financial software for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, preferably with a Master's degree, CPA certification, and at least 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the real estate development industry.
