Job Title: Planning Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Planning Operations Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plan installation operations process, ensuring timely and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans onto our platform. This includes working closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines and collaborating with partners and clients on bulk plan conversions.

In this role, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, learning new processes, contributing ideas, and iterating on solutions as needed.

Requirements:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including articulation, concision, and eloquence.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility, creativity, and a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, DocuSign, and Jira.
Benefits:

This is a contract position with an hourly rate of $5 per hour. The work schedule is 45-50 hours per week, from 9am to 6pm US-East Coast/New York Time Zone.
