About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Associate to lead the transition from our old HRIS system to AdrenalinMax. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS administration, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Data Migration: Ensure seamless transfer of HR data from the old system to AdrenalinMax.
  2. System Configuration: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to configure AdrenalinMax according to business requirements.
  3. User Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for HR staff and end users.
  4. Change Management: Implement strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
  5. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support to users, addressing system issues and resolving queries.
  6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  7. Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
  8. Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and progress.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HRIS administration or related field.
  • Familiarity with various HRIS systems; experience with AdrenalinMax is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to start immediately and willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
  • Fresh Psychology graduates with a keen interest in HR technology are encouraged to apply.
