HR Systems Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Associate to lead the transition from our old HRIS system to AdrenalinMax. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS administration, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Data Migration: Ensure seamless transfer of HR data from the old system to AdrenalinMax.
- System Configuration: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to configure AdrenalinMax according to business requirements.
- User Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for HR staff and end users.
- Change Management: Implement strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support to users, addressing system issues and resolving queries.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HRIS administration or related field.
- Familiarity with various HRIS systems; experience with AdrenalinMax is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to start immediately and willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
- Fresh Psychology graduates with a keen interest in HR technology are encouraged to apply.
